Description - Description: East Ayrshire Council has an ongoing requirement for the reactive maintenance and planned minor works of its mechanical and electrical installations across its non-housing properties which the Council has responsibility for within the ge ographical boundaries of East Ayrshire.The Councils current contract (PS-17-02) is due to expire on 20 October 2023 and the Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors. In addition to this Prior Information Notice (PIN), the Council are looking to conduct market research, and engage with a select few, with regards the procurement strategy for the contract.
