Description - Description The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for an Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) to manage construction and design management processes relat ed to the ADAPT 4 Programme, including all 5 Lots. These processes include, but are not limited to, document management, reviews, issues and risks, Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submittals and project milestone tracking.
