Description - Description: AUSTRO Control GmbH intends to obtain the provision, implementation and ongoing support of a computer aided facility management (short: CAFM) system. The CAFM system is to be used as SaaS (Software AS A Service) with an indefinite term.T he contract is concluded indefinitely with a twelve (12) monthly notice period at the end of a calendar year. In addition, the only forty -eight (48) months (= termination of termination) can terminate after a successful initial implementation (= successful implementation of the module "area management"), so at the earliest on March 31, 2030 on 31.12.2031.
