ZO:CSD:MR:2024 -25:015 Date: 29.04.2024 Offers in sealed cover containing TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL details are invited from the interested parties who are ready to offer their premises in Ground Floor at a prime location at Parvathipuram, Parvathipuram Manyam district on long term lease basis for 20 years. The approximate carpet area of the premises should be around 1500 Sq.ft, with adequate permanent power supply. Parking to accommodate a minimum of 10 two-wheelers of staff apart from vehicles of customers is required. 24 hours water supply is a must. 25 KW THREE PHASE C.T. METER (Current Transformer Meter) is to be provided without fall at the time of giving vacant possession of premises. The envelope containing TECHNICAL details should be marked Envelope no. 1 and super scribed with 'TECHNICAL BID’ and the envelope containing FINANCIAL details should be marked Envelope no. 2 and super scribed with FINANCIAL BID. Both these envelopes duly sealed should be put in a 3rd Envelope super scribed as, 'OFFER OF PREMISES FOR BANK OF INDIA AT PARVATHIPURAM’ and it should also bear the name and address / Phone no. of the offeror. The 3rd envelope containing 1 & 2 duly sealed should be addressed to the Zonal Manager, Bank of India, Visakhapatnam Zonal Office. Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- is to be kept along with Technical Bid.The Financial Bid should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of offer. Any other condition that the offeror would like to stipulate should be incorporated in the Technical Bid only. Please note that the offer must be signed by the legal owner of the property and proof of ownership must be submitted. All the required and statutory permissions/approvals is mandatory to qualify. Strong Room as per our Bank/ RBI norms in 200 - 250 sq. ft. to be constructed by the offeror. The offeror has to provide Euro vitrified flooring in customer area. The form may also be downloaded from our Bank's website i.e. www.bankofindia.co.in and submitted along with a DD / Pay Order as detailed above. The sealed offers will be received at the Zonal Office at the above address, between 10.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs on all working days up to 10.05.2024 (last day). Last date for submission of offer Is upto 17.00 hrs on 10.05.2024 at the above address.
