Description - Description The reason for this European public tender is that the Contracting Authority (AD) currently does not have a framework agreement for the supply of new anti-icing equipment: salt spreaders and snow plows. If the AD wants to continue to fulf ill its best efforts obligation regarding anti-slip conditions, this requires the delivery of anti-slip equipment, including maintenance.
