Description - Description: In all parts, the task of providing a public catering service at certain institutions of Eötvös Loránd University is the responsibility of the tenderer. The successful tenderer must be fulfilled during the execution of the contract pr imarily in accordance with Article 62/2011. (VI. 30.) VM Decree 37/2014. (IV.30.) EMMI, as well as other relevant requirements (primarily the mandatory requirements of the Hungarian Food Book, HACCP requirements) and the applicable regulations that influence the diet.
