Description - Description: The aim of the award procedure is to procure the services/products described below and the selection of an experienced provider who, as a digitization expert of the SGD, is able to conceive and implement the Orion 2 (successor solution O rion) (see Appendix 4) together with the SGD. The basis for this is to form the first implementation unit, which consists of the survey, conception and the provision of the «MVP». Building on it are to be designed and implemented after the prioritization defined in the project, further implementation units and extensions of the system.In this context, it is extremely important for the SGD, since the SGD itself only consumes through limited ICT
