Description - The project management concerns a restructuring and change of use project, focused on the rehabilitation of the Butte. The work includes thermal rehabilitation, interior demolition, restructuring to meet the needs of the youth service, the Residents' Center and the prevention service. The rear facades will also be renovated and new openings will be created, in harmony with the future layout of the exterior spaces, following the leveling of the green hill.
