Description - The project consists of the requalification of the industrial wasteland of La Macérien into a “Third Place” welcoming associative and cultural activities, catering, shops and offices, making it possible to participate in the revitalization of a polarity on the Mézières side and partly in connection with the Cabaret Vert festival. This mix of programs is supported by several identified operators. The project will therefore make it possible to sustain and strengthen suitable uses on the Cabaret Vert site, which is currently underused.
