Description - : The consultation undertaken aims to conclude a framework agreement, as regulated by articles R2162-1 and following the public order code (CCP). The framework agreement will be executed partly by issuing purchase orders and partly by entering into s ubsequent contracts. Purchase orders will be issued and subsequent contracts will be concluded upon the occurrence of the need(s), and not according to a pre-established schedule. The framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum (in quantity or value) but with a maximum set at 250,000 euros excluding tax (for all purchase orders and subsequent contracts).
