Description - Description: In order to strengthen intermodality and improve access to railway infrastructure, the community of communes of the Pays d'Ancenis (COMPA) has decided to develop the surroundings of its territory. This program initiated in 2007 concerned Oudon, Ingrandes-le-Fresne sur Loire, Loireauxence (Varades) and currently the cellar. In continuation of this program, the COMP has been initiated since 2013 with the SNCF, the city of Ancenis-Saint-Géréon and the region for the creation of a multimodal exchange center at the level of the Ancenis station. In this context, the COMP is in charge of the requalification of the abandoned railway for the development of a parking space near the SNCF
