Description - This contract is a project management contract for the closure of the three northern wings on the ground floor of the Hall A building on the François Mitterrand site of the Dijon-Burgundy University Hospital Center. This program is part of a larger project to reorganize the ground floor level, the priority of which is the extension of the regulation room and the crisis room, which can only be carried out after completion of the closure and development of the eastern redan.To complete this project, the University Hospital wishes to surround itself with external project management which will provide an architectural, technical and economic response to the program defined by the Dijon-Bourgogn
