Description - Description The Consulate General (CG) of Ireland for the North of England was opened in Manchester in 2021 as part of the Global Ireland initiative to double the impact of Ireland’s global footprint. The CG is currently located in temporary premis es in the Bloc Building, Marble Street and intends to move to a permanent space in the Hyphen Building on Mosley Street in 2024.
