Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is a project management contract for the renovation of the École Européenne Supérieure des Arts de Bretagne (EESAB) and the creation of the Maison de la jeunesse (MDJ) in Quimper. The work to be carrie d out belongs to the “building under rehabilitation” category of works. The estimated budget allocated to all the work is set at 5,129,857 euros excluding tax, value 03/2024, including a provision of 51,298? intended for signage services (1% artistic). The services include the basic mission on buildings undergoing rehabilitation: APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and the following additional mission elements: DIA, OPC, CSSI, SYN, AM and STD;
