Description - Sketch-based project management competition. The Community of Communes Granville Terre et Mer, responsible for waste management, partly manages the collection of household waste and recyclable packaging and also manages the operation of a transfer do ck and a recycling center. All of this equipment, along with the social and administrative premises of the waste service, are historically grouped together on the Mallouet site in Granville. The rather dilapidated state of this equipment and the characteristics of the Mallouet site do not allow rehabilitation or reconstruction on this site.
