Description - This contract entrusts the holder with a basic project management mission in accordance with articles L. 2431-1 to L. 2432-2, R2431-1 to 37 of the Public Procurement Code, as well as the decree of March 22 2019 specifying the technical modalities for execution of project management mission elements entrusted by public project owners to private law service providers and more precisely its Annex II, and additional mission elements "Diagnostic studies" and “OPC”, for work relating to the creation of an L3 containment level laboratory within the existing I2BC building No. 24, in Gif-sur-Yvette.
