Description - In December 2022, the public company Eau de Paris acquired the “Le Malraux” building, located at 19 boulevard Vincent Auriol - 75013 PARIS, to install its future headquarters there. Eau de Paris plans to move in its services at the end of 2025, f ollowing a complete renovation operation. The operation is planned in three phases in the MGP: -A phase of design studies for the new headquarters, including studies for the possible cleaning of the existing building; -A phase of rehabilitation of the existing building; -A phase of implementation of the maintenance and operation of the rehabilitated building.
