Description - The Local Heat Transition Project Leader: The Local Heat Transition Project Leader directs the transition vision and district implementation plans for heat at the 16 affiliated municipalities and 2 water boards and contributes to the preparation of R ES 2.0. The project leader is in intensive discussions with municipalities/water boards to stimulate and encourage an update of the Heat transition vision, joint insulation programs, drawing up a local source strategy and district implementation plans.
