Description - Description: The Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) is planning a replacement building of the "Salzgitterkai" kaian. The kaian position of the Salzgitterkais is located in the Hamburg Sandauhafen. It was mostly built in 1975/776 and extended by around 120 m in 1982/183. Due to the age of the Kaianlage, there are deficits. In a first step, a renovation of the Kaianlage was examined. Since a renovation in the intended form was not possible, a replacement building of the Kaianlage in the form of a new bank's wall placed in front of the old bank wall including the new slanted post back and the new crane railway will be addressed.
