Description - Agder county municipality at the Department for Development, road, will build a new county road between Neskilen and Heftingsdalen in Arendal municipality. The new road is approx. 4.6 km long, and will be built as an H1-National highway. The road wil l also go through Hesthagfjellet, where a tunnel of approx. 300 meters. The assignment includes consultancy, model-based engineering, preparation of tender documents (NS 8406) and some follow-up in the construction phase of the tunnel
