Description - The contract governed by these special specifications has the mission, “a complete mission of project author for the realization of a new tramway line “Tour & Taxis”. The route is taken from the Agora note (variant 2.2) which complies with the decisions of the government and the proposal made by Brussels-Mobility. The tram route (see general plan and the Agora note) has been split into 2 phases, given the scope of the project and the complexity generated by various other ongoing projects (Quai des Matériaux, Av. du Port, rue Picard, Parc Maximilien, boulevard Simon Bolivar…) and finished projects like the Suzan Daniel bridge.
