Description - The purpose of this contract is a programming study mission as part of the construction project for the Lxx building on the IFPEN - Lyon site. The mission consists exclusively of the implementation of different studies and diagnostics intended to dev elop a detailed functional, technical and environmental program according to the different points listed in articles 3.3.3 1 et seq. of the CCTP. The programmatic study carried out must integrate the economic constraints linked to the project and set out in article 1.10 of the CCTP.
