Description - Description: This RFP is intended to provide digital literacy and on-the-job training courses to North Carolina’s Highway Construction Trade Academy graduates and small/disadvantaged businesses. As part of this on-the-job training course and digita l literacy initiative, each trainee will receive an internet-enabled laptop. The State will not own or manage the laptops, and training will not take place on State infrastructure/premises.
