Description - Description: UKUPC is at the early stages of looking to establish a national Professional Services in Construction Framework consisting of three main service provision Lots: 1: Lead Advisor / Multi Disciplinary provider (national) 2: Project Manageme nt (split regionally) 3:Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy (split regionally) The framework will be governed by NEC 4 PSC, NEC4 PSSC andJCT terms and conditions. It will run for an initial two (2) years with a possible extension of up to 24 months.
