Description - Description: Norad has been tasked by the Foreign Ministry to administer grants for long-term assistance in developing countries and for humanitarian aid, as well as providing assistance and administrative consultancy to the Ministry of Foreign Affai rs, including the foreign stations, and to KLD. Norad has also been given responsibility for system development, guidance and routines for the management of grant resources for program area 03.
