Description - Description: Through this procurement, the client wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with qualified suppliers, with the intention of meeting the customers' needs for the procurement of substitute doctors for the health and care sector in participating municipalities, in accordance with requirements specification. The substitute services must cover the municipalities' extraordinary needs, where the municipalities themselves are unable to provide substitutes.
