Description - Description: Name of the procedure: purchase of TRAXX mechanical parts Type of contract: Framework contract for sale and purchase Framework amount of the contract: net EUR 629,068 – 55 types of components – a total of 389 pieces in an indicative quantity. In the case of a successful procedure, the tenderer concludes a contract for the specified amount. The tenderer undertakes to order a net amount of EUR 316,735 from the framework amount (projected on 199 products). The value of the part of the framework amount not affected by the order obligation is EUR 312,333 net (planned for 190 products), which value is the estimated value of the Kbt. It is included in accordance with paragraph (1)
