Description - Description: The Norwegian Welfare Administration shall enter into framework agreements for temporary residential offers in accordance with the Act on social services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (the Social Services Act) § 27. Temporary residential offers shall help acute homelessness and is not meant to last over time. The stay shall be as short as possible and residence time over 1 month should only occur as an exception.
