The solution, together with existing IT systems of Rheinland Klinikum Neuss GmbH, must necessarily fulfill relevant MUST criteria of the KHZG funding requirement 4 (Section 19 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 4 KHSFV) or significantly support their fulfillment.
