Description - Description: The competition concerns the procurement of measures / low-threshold offers for activation and of people with dementia following the pattern of the "Inn på tunet" project. The goal of In-på tunet dementia for people with dementia is a different environment for users, as well as promoting activity through various offers on the farm. Users should have a diagnosis of dementia and/or have started an investigation for dementia. Users must be able to benefit from the offer and have a physical ability to function that makes them suitable for the activities at Inn på tunen. Dimensioning open offer 3 – 4 days per week 4 places. A total of 12 places per week which can be distributed
