Description - The Etelä-Savo welfare area procures home care services for the areas specified in the tender documents. The task of the service provider selected in the tender is to produce the services according to the tender documents for the customer base of th e defined area.The clients of home care are mainly elderly people whose physical, psychological or social functioning has weakened, and they need varying degrees of support in the mentioned areas.
