Description - Description: The contracting authority needs to enter into a contract based on NS 8401 in order to carry out a process in accordance with the dam safety regulations for Frøylandsdammen.Sandnes municipality is the owner of Frøylandsdammen, located j ust south of hommersåk centre. The river from Frøylandsdammen flows through the centre of Hommersåk to the sea. Frøylandsdammen shall now undergo a re-assessment in accordance with the Damsikkerhetsforskriften §7-5 Reassessment.
