Description - Description: The value of the procurementsSamlet verdi for all competitions is NOK 9,000,000,000 excluding VAT, plus options. A competition shall be held for all projects. Any existing framework agreements will not apply. Competence and methodologyTh rough these procurements, we would like to get the right competence in order to carry out good Stimulab projects. The tenderers must be able to deliver service design as their main competence in the procurement, with the support of other competences adapted to each individual project.
