Description - The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management would like to enter into a framework agreement. The framework agreement is for cash cards and the accompanying infrastructure. The framework agreement will be signed on behalf of government ent ities and can be used where government entities need to pay persons who cannot get/do not have a bank account in Norway. The government entities are located nationwide, and the framework agreement will apply for all locations where it is needed.
