Description - This notice sets out the intention of the department to seek suitable tenderers to assess the impact of CAP Strategic Plan (CSP) actions on the abatement of GHG emissions, Ammonia emissions, and carbon stores. The tenderers will likely be working at the cutting edge of this area, in terms of research and technology, and be capable of creating synergies with other publicly funded projects. The purpose of the project is to develop coefficients or conversion factors for all relevant CSP actions based on the profile of beneficiaries and model the estimate reductions arising from the uptake of these actions.
