Description - The Land Development Agency (“LDA”) is a commercial State-sponsored body whose mission includes the provision of affordable and social housing to meet the needs of the State. It wishes to establish a panel (a “Framework”) of providers with ex pertise in residential development who are capable of delivering residential units, at scale, to the LDA. It is envisaged that suitable providers will comprise (i) experienced residential property developers and (ii) entities who have development expertise (or have access to development expertise) and who own or control suitable residential development land and who are partnering, joint venturing with, or sub-contracting to, building contractors
