Description - Description: A first consultation was sent on August 27, 2025 to the JOUE and BOAMP. When the bids were opened, no offers were submitted for lot 5 “HIGH USE DOCUMENTS”. Lot 5 was declared closed for lack of offer by decision dated October 2, 2025 . The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement procedure with maximum amounts is carried out in application of the articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code.
