High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital Limited Tender Notice Dated: September 27th, 2023 This Court invites sealed limited tenders for the printing of 3000 Wall Calendars (Year 2024) for the use of the Court. The details of notice may be seen at Stationery Section of this High Court during office hours. Sealed limited tender addressed to Registrar General superscripting thereon “Limited Tender for 3000 Wall calendar (2024)” must reach in the office of Registrar General by 02:00 PM on or before 19.10.2023(Thursday) and limited tender will be opened at 04:00 PM on the same day. Terms & Conditions 1. 3000 Wall Calendars for the year 2024, size 17”x22” having 12 sheets on glossy paper of 170 GSM with wire–O Binding. (Sample may be seen at stationery section). 2. The firms submitting limited tender are required to deposit a Bank F.D.R. for ₹10,000.00 (valid for six months) in the name of Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital, payable at Nainital as security money along with limited tender, which will be returnable, in case it’s limited tender is not accepted but this amount will be retained as a security for those whose limited tender is accepted and the security amount will be refundable after supply of calendars. 3. The firm shall have to supply the requisite item within a period of one week from the date of order. In case of failure, the Registrar General shall have a right to take appropriate action. 4. Every Sheet of the calendar will contain a photograph, dates of two months and list of holidays declared by the High Court. 5. In the Calendar, photograph will be selected by the High Court later on. 6. The sample may be seen from the Stationery Section in the High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital on any working day during office hours on or before 18.10.2023. 7. The firm shall have to supply the item to High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital at its own expenses. 8. Limited Tenders submitted by the persons or firms not registered with GST Department/Commercial Tax Department shall not be considered. 9. The firms should mention the rates excluding GST in their respective Limited Tenders. 10. The Court reserves its right to cancel any limited tender at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason. 11. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction at Nainital. |
