Description - Exeter City Council require a supplier to carry out remediation, repair and stabilisation work of circa 105 metres of masonry wall and cliff face at Exeter Quay. This follows identification of structural concerns associated with the wall to the exter nal face of Cellar 25, and subsequent structural surveys.Key tasks will include:Installation of scaffolding or rope access for access to cliff face and masonry wall to carry out remedial work.Removal of existing vegetation and roots within or over the masonry wall to allow for final inspection and remedial works to be carried out.Investigation of existing drainpipes, with potential removal if piped are found to be abandoned.Loose stones or bricks
