Description - The Council's Public Health Division requires a supplier for the development of a comprehensive Justice Health Needs Assessment (JHNA) in Birmingham. The supplier will be required to review and synthesize relevant local data, and intelligence, gather insight from people with lived experience of offending and frontline services, conduct a review of evidence on best practices/effective interventions as well as develop robust recommendations within the relevant strategic context based on the findings from the project. The supplier will be required to produce separate reports on completion of each component of the project and produce an overarching needs assessment report consolidating findings
