Description - This announcement is a request for information related to the market dialogue. This is neither a request for tender nor a procurement announcement. Kela plans to tender the transportation and distribution of centralized printing letter mail to custom ers in Finland in accordance with the Service Description. Offers are planned to be requested by zip code area. The bidder must bid for at least 500 zip code areas in order to participate in the tender. Based on a tender, Kela plans to select one (1) service provider for each zip code area, with whom Kela enters into a service contract. One contract is made with each selected service provider for the postcode areas it won in the tender.
