Description - Monmouthshire County Council is seeking to commission an experienced organisation to provide semi-independent supported lodging support to Young People with complex support needs within Monmouthshire.The service will support a maximum of five (5) you ng people at any one time, who will be aged sixteen (16) to twenty-four (24) and who have varying support needs, some of which will be complex.
