Description - Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) is planning a full redevelopment of Port Ellen ferry terminal.CMAL has appointed Mott MacDonald Ltd to act as our engineering consultant in the design of the works and we are now seeking to appoint an ECI Contrac tor to initially contribute to and influence the design.The ECI Contractor is to be procured on the basis that, following a process to agree a construction target cost, they will also deliver the construction works, subject to all required funding gateway approvals for the project being achieved.Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) is planning a full redevelopment of Port Ellen ferry terminal.
