Description - The machining professions are in very high tension in the South Landes and Basque Country regions. The lack of qualified labor is accentuated by the fact that major contractors attract experienced employees from local subcontractors. They express the need to bring pre-qualified candidates into their companies because they do not have the capacity in terms of supervision to welcome completely beginners. The objective of this POEC is to train a group of 6 to 10 people in conventional machining and on numerically controlled machine tools.
