Description - Industrial companies in the Finistère department are encountering difficulties in recruiting qualified personnel for cable fitter positions.At the initiative of the UIMM Finistère, 5 companies wanted to get involved in a recruitment and training pr ocess, via the POEC system, which makes it possible to offer job seekers training, acquire a sought-after qualification, and validate their training with experience in a corporate work situation.This is the fourth action of this type implemented with companies in the Brest basin.
