Description - SCOPE OF CONTRACT: The Contractor shall furnish all equipment and personnel necessary to remove and replace the existing Wire-Faced Retaining Wall with government furnished Hilfiker Wall material. The Contractor shall furnish all materials not provid ed by the government to complete the project. (See Section G) Work includes: Remove and dispose of the existing AC surface, remove and stockpile the aggregate base, excavate the existing MSE structure, dispose of all steel and fabric encasement materials, prepare the structure base, construct the new Government Furnished MSE structure with the retained rock facia including an upper and lower drain system, Backfill as needed to the sub-base level,
