Description - Description: The city of Hattingen, represented by Department 68, Technical Building Management, is planning to build the new North Fire Station. The fire protection requirements plan from 2016 aims to centralize the current nine guard locations to f ive locations in the future. Part of this operational tactical concept is the merging of the Welper, Holthausen and Blankenstein fire brigade to form a new north fire brigade. The new building will accommodate 6 vehicles and around 70 volunteers, plus around 20 members of the youth fire department.
