Description - Description: To accommodate immigrants and refugees, the city of Quickborn is looking for a replacement for residential containers on its own property. This model is sought:A provider is to be found through an EU-wide negotiation procedure that takes over part of the free-cleared, city's own property in heritage law (30 years) and plans to build, build and operate a residential building for up to 50 immigrants and refugees (8-9 residential groups of 6 people each). After completion, the building is rented for 30 years by the city of Quickborn at a fixed rental price. This service is to be awarded as part of a negotiation procedure according to VOB/A with an advanced participation competition
