Description - The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Pine Flat Lake Pond liner Replacement. Project Description: Remove and replace the liners in both evaporation ponds loc ated at Pine Flat Lake (Island Park Campground has a self-contained Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). These ponds hold treated effluent water. The existing ponds have been in operation since prior to the 1970s and provide a fully functioning sewage treatment pond system The evaporation ponds require the Pond liner replacement and measure approximately 16,000 square feet together.
