Description - Description: Southern Gas Networks plc ("SGN") has a Network Gas Transporter Licence obligation to provide an emergency response service for its Gas Distribution Assets. These distribution assets are predominately polyethylene and metallic gas mains, service pipes and ancillary apparatus, operating at pressures up to and including seven (7) bar, i.e., low-pressure, medium pressure and intermediate pressure mains and services. It should be noted that SGN has a separate Agreement in place dealing with emergencies on its Gas Transmission Assets (i.e., apparatus operating >7 Bar pressure).Incidents of third-party damage or failure of distribution assets are not uncommon and are normally managed
